Eddie's success at the County Cross Country Competition in February, where he represented Gedling and came 3rd place, meant he was then invited to represent Nottinghamshire at the regional competition. He competed against 329 year 5 and 6 runners which were the best in their respective counties. Eddie placed 22nd which is an incredible achievement! Eddie you are amazing and we are so proud of you!

Our Year 6 Netball team competed against the local schools on Tuesday 19th March at Christ The King Academy. They played 5 matches, drew one match and won four. This put them into joint 1st place and meant that they will now represent Gedling in the County finals! A massive thank you to Amy Jacks who has given up her Friday afternoons to train them.

  • World Book Day 2019

    Thu 07 Mar 2019 K Appleyard
We had a brilliant time today celebrating the world of books. A BIG thank you for all the effort taken with all the fantastic costumes. The children looked amazing. Don't forget to use your World Book Day token before the 31st March. WHSmith's and Sainsburys in Arnold, as well as many other bookshops are exchanging them for free books. Take a look at our photos on the celebration page of the website.
