Welcome to the next two weeks of home learning
We are now fully into the second part of the summer term and if we were in school we would be doing lots of learning about keeping healthy.
That would include learning about staying fit and what our body needs to stay healthy. We would be thinking about exercise during our P.E sessions and listening to our hearts beating faster as we use more energy. We would also be timing ourselves during exercise and using this as part of math's. We would be also be looking at the different foods we need to sustain a healthy diet and making fruit salads. There is so much to learn about being healthy and fit and looking after our bodies. We would also use this topic to discuss hygiene, sleep and well being.
